HDPE double wall structured drainage pipes

These are specially stabilized high-density polyethylene raw materials that are distinguished by their very high-pressure resistance. Polieco's ECOPAL is a corrugated pipe made of high-density, highly elastic polyethylene, which, due to its special shape, has a high resistance to deformation.

It is distinguished in two different categories annular stiffness SN4 kN/m2 and SN8 kN/m2 that allow them to be used in a variety of installations, even at great depth. They are mainly used in drainage systems. 

HDPE pipes based on DIN 8074/8075 specifications 

These pipes are mainly intended for transporting water in irrigation networks. They are produced with selected virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) distinguished by its very high pressure resistance, in cross-sections from 32 to 110 mm, for 4, 6 & 10 bar pressure.

HDPE pipes are produced according to the specifications of the DIN 8074/8075 standard. They contain 2.5% P-type carbon black, with a particle size below 25 nm, which ensures the maximum possible protection from UV radiation and a special combination of antioxidants for heat protection. This particular carbon black contains a very low percentage of sulfur (< 0.1 %) to avoid the transmission of odors to the water, so the pipes are suitable for use in drinking water networks

PE100 pipes for water supply networks 

Water supply pipes suitable for drinking water with excellent mechanical properties and a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (0.13 mm / m ° C). They have high impact resistance and high resistance to UV radiation. With smooth surfaces and a low coefficient of friction. Thanks to the higher strengths of 3rd generation Polyethylene, these pipes ensure, in smaller thicknesses, equivalent strengths to previous generation pipes and therefore offer significant savings.
